We take the protection of our customers’ personal data as well as those interested in our offers very seriously and adhere to the guidelines of the data protection laws. At the same time, we hereby inform you about the handling of personal data.

On or during the operation of our website, personal data is generally only collected to the extent technically necessary. Personal data includes personal data such as the name and address of a person as well as usage data (e. g. password, IP address). Data provided by customers in connection with orders placed in our online shop, such as in particular billing and delivery addresses and other data required for order processing, are required for the establishment, execution and processing of contracts as well as for the purpose of future customer service and customer care and are processed and used by us in this respect. We use the information in this respect for the processing of orders, the delivery of goods and the provision of services as well as the processing of payment. A further passing on of personal data to third parties does not take place; in particular, data will under no circumstances be sold or passed on to third parties for other reasons. The e-mail address collected with the order is not automatically processed and used for marketing purposes, e. g. for sending information for advertising purposes via e-mail (newsletter). However, customers have the option of subscribing to the newsletter.

In order to clarify how the protection of data is guaranteed and which data are collected for which purpose, we inform you in detail about the data processing. Within the unavoidable server statistics, data transmitted by the browser of the individual user (server log files) are automatically stored. However, as a rule, this data cannot be assigned to any specific person. The stored data will not be merged with other data sources. Specifically, the stored data are the following:
- Browser type/version
- Used operating system
- Referrer URL (origin URL)
- IP address of the accessing computer
- time of server request
- visited HTML pages

Within the (virtual) shopping cart, temporary cookies are set in the sense of alphanumeric identifiers, which are deleted when the browser is terminated. The functionality of the online shop is also possible without cookies, if they are blocked by the user. In addition, if the user accepts the use of cookies, the user ID is stored in encrypted form without corresponding personal data in order to facilitate a simplified login. The user therefore agrees that usage data is collected, processed and used with the help of cookies in order to control activities within the online shop. The cookies are mainly used for facilitated login and listing of already selected product views as well as the summarized display of several articles within the (virtual) shopping cart.

We can only provide information about the personal data stored by us within the scope described above – especially about the information provided by customers in connection with orders. With regard to the data stored during a mere use of the website, we are not able to allocate data to specific persons on a regular basis.
