1. Conclusion of the Agreement

Since the goods can only be paid for in our online shop by prepayment, the contract is concluded upon receipt of the amount to be established on our account.

With your order you give us a binding offer to conclude the contract with you. You place the order if you enter all the information during the ordering process and finally send the order form to us in step 3 under “Control” by pressing the button “Buy”.

By sending the order confirmation with the bank details to you, we accept the offer (your order) to conclude the contract.

With orders in our online shop the contract comes into effect:

2. Storage of the Contract Text

We save your order and the order data entered by you. If you wish a printout of your order, you have the possibility to print an order confirmation. After completing the order process with step 3 and pressing the Buy button, you will see the message “Thank you very much” in step 4 on your screen. We have received your order.”. Here you have the possibility to download and print the order with all entered data. If you have given us your email address, you will also receive the order confirmation with all entered data, as well as the bank details by email. Expenses will be sent by post.

4. Delivery Reservation

Our delivery is subject to the proviso that the stock is sufficient and the order has already been paid in full.

5. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Emerald Edge Onlineshop until full payment has been received.

6. Payment, Due Date, Default of Payment

We deliver the goods exclusively against payment in advance. Only after receipt of the amount to be erected the goods, if available, will be shipped on the next working day.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Final Clauses

German law applies.
